I am committed to exploring and implementing the latest advancements in impact-driven technology to empower organizations in achieving their goals and creating a lasting, meaningful impact on the world.
When it comes to operationalizing your efforts, I specialize in a number of functional areas, including donation management, marketing and engagement, program management, and monitoring and evaluation . Though these domains vary across the ecosystem, my goal is to harness the practical knowledge and strategic insights gained from experience to position your organization for success from day one.
With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and objectives that nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations face, I am committed to optimizing and configuring Salesforce to streamline operations, enhance donor and volunteer management, and ultimately drive sustainable impact. Founder & Principal
I am passionate about creating meaningful change in this world and motivated to provide value. I am both a Business and Solution Architect, specializing in the nonprofit and impact-driven industries. Within the nonprofit sector I have worked cross sub-industry from human services organizations, to faith-based movements, to environment and education. Outside of the sector I have worked with corporate organizations on grantmaking, education institutions on advancement and alumni engagement, and more.
My technical prowess is in all things Salesforce and data management. Outside of Salesforce I am deeply versed in integrated technology, such as marketing platforms, donation management tools, analytics and reporting engines, etc.
Prior to founding Intended I have spent nearly the last decade in the Salesforce consulting ecosystem. With roots in both boutique and Big 4 companies, I know what it means to think big and act agile.
I have spent my entire career in the nonprofit sector and hold a degree in International Development & Globalization. My experience ranges from Salesforce development, architecture and design, to creating sophisticated technical and business rollout strategies for some of North America's largest nonprofits.
Outside of work I am passionate about living an active lifestyle with hobbies such as golf, skiing, and hanging out at my local gym. I live in Canada's Okanagan Valley where I get to enjoy the lake, the mountains, and the best wine region Canada has to offer. I'm biased, but I think this is the best place you could live within our vast country!
